As for a recipie, not exact, but take your favorite pie filling and a 6″ circle or so of pie crust. Put your filling on the crust, fold it over and mesh the sides together. Fry it and then where I work we put donut glaze over them, but I don’t know that everyone does it that way. Guess that part is up to you
