New from Ben & Rose: “Dream Of Me”

We heard a 23-second demo version of this song back in June. I thought we’d see the full version released soon after that…but they made us wait 😀

Now Ben and Rose have released the full studio version of “Dream of Me”. Sounds like it was worth the wait.

The demo clip showcased a great chorus, and that carries over into the full version of the song.

The song is by Buddy Cannon, Jimmy Darrell, and Raleigh Squires. After a number of gospel and religious-themed songs, they’ve gone back to a more straightforward country track here.

It’s about a feeling a lot of people can relate to – being on the road, and missing your loved one.

Rose sings lead again here, with Ben joining in on the chorus. There is also some nice steel guitar by Daniel Beachey, which I think we haven’t heard in their songs before.

Fittingly, the video is full of shots of traveling down country roads. Video and audio produced as always by Conrad Fisher. Enjoy a listen below – I have a feeling this one’s going to get a lot of plays.

It won’t be long before Ben and Rose are invited to the Grand Ole Opry!
They sound amazing and the pureness of Rose’s voice is like that of an angel. May they continue to be blessed in their music endeavors for all of us to enjoy.
