1800s home remodel - hang studs/drywall & ceiling- hang cabinets
We have an 1800s Victorian 12 room farmhouse that needs to be completed. We have slowly been taking on this task after work and on weekends, but it is just too much and now we have sold our home and need to get it done. It has been completely gutted so all of the dirty work (literally) has been done (floors stripped, walls demolished past their horse haired paster). We have it ready to have new electrical wire run and plumbing, HVAC has been done and then walls studded up and drywall hung.
We will buy all material. We just need an estimate and like I said we already sold our house and we own this house outright- so we can give 50% up front and 50% when done.

Our home was build in 1930.Has wavy stucco as siding. The stucco is creating a air bubble, coming off the wall. when it rains, water gets in between and have water in my living room. We try to fix it ,pushed it back ,filled the cracks. Was good for awhile but water got to it again. Just tired dealing with it. I would like to get the stucco of the house on the front and back(side are in great condition)and insolated the wall and possibly put stone veneer or vinyl siding. Would like to discuss options and cost. Would like to have it done sometime in the spring 2016.
