Third Fret Harmony (With Rose): “I Want To Stroll Over Heaven With You”
Here’s a song from Third Fret Harmony which dates back a couple of years. This is from the time when they were recording songs live on their own, prior to making produced studio music.
But it’s a neat one to see as it includes all three siblings in the group – Mike, Marty, and Rose from Ben and Rose.
The song is a cover of a tune by Alan Jackson: “I Want To Stroll Over Heaven With You”. They put this one out in July 2023.
Jackson is best known as a country artist, but the song has an obviously strong religious theme (which as I understand is not uncommon for his music). In fact, this one actually appeared on his 2006 gospel album “Precious Memories”. Here are the lyrics:

So you’ll notice, being a live recording, the sound quality here is not studio-level. But it still sounds pretty good, and it’s nice to see the three of them playing together – and sharing a smile at the end:

And yes me and Marty have another session scheduled with Conrad on Oct 17th, so the music probably wont be ready till Nov sometime, thanks for reaching out!
