I have a 16×40 Amish shed that I’m looking to have a foundation built and the shed place onto the foundation and tied down according to the code in my county. I live in Lancaster Virginia. Could someone please help me? It’s been very hard to find help. I found a builder who actually just passed away due to covid complications he never got a chance to start the project. Im trying to turn the shed into a residential dwelling for my mom to live in.

I have an old cow barn I would like to repurpose into a plumbing shop it’s been neglected for a while and needs a roof to start with . It’s 120 foot long 35 foot wide gambrel style I think it’s ballon framed has an attached milk room converted to an office and has a silo . The silo needs repair and is a concrete stave silo . I’m located in Grafton Massachusetts and would love to see this structure returned to a working usable building

Barn Restoration
Stone walls on our dairy farm needs restoration and an additional room use as grainery. The stone walls are collapsing and a floor are gone in the Grainery room. The gutters have been missing off the barn for more then 25 years.
