      Impairment test

Those sobriety tests don’t always tell the truth. As a kid, my next door neighbor was more coordinated drunk than when he was sober. Don’t know the laws in New York…but in my state, you can be convicted of drunk driving even under .08. A urine test or blood test would’ve shown if they were impaired or not.
